The boy who saw the death (exploring)

Jo REcreative  says:This is quite a controversial image - can you tell me more about what the work is exploring?

Ramonn Vieitez says: I'm particularly attracted by symbols and icons, and I think the swastika is a very strong and controversial symbol, because it has been used several times in history with several meanings.
But I see the swastika in its "original character". In this case, as an amulet signifying happiness, pleasure and good luck.
When I imagined this painting (although I don't like to give meanings to my paintings, just like every person has their own interpretation) I thought about a kid who gets lost in hell and using the power of the swastika survives and finds a way out.
So this title "the boy who saw the dead". He probably suffered but found a way to escape.
At the same time because of swastika, you have multiple views on it, the painting passes other ideas, but, I believe there is always a question in the air “is this really it?”
